Day 2 - Morning
Well, I screwed up last night. I skipped my nap at 10 because I was with people. I was feeling so tired I decided to sleep from 2-6 AM so I could go to sleep an hour earlier. Unfortunately, I extended my sleep until 9. Worst of all, waking up after getting 7 hours of sleep left me feeling even worse than when I got 4 hours the night before. Day 1 Update
Day one of the Everyman Sleep Cycle is surprisingly been great! I slept about 3.5 hours and have taken 2 of my twenty minute naps so far. I have only been feeling sleeping right before it is time to take my nap, and I have woken up from my naps refreshed.
