Day one of the Everyman Sleep Cycle is surprisingly been great! I slept about 3.5 hours and have taken 2 of my twenty minute naps so far. I have only been feeling sleeping right before it is time to take my nap, and I have woken up from my naps refreshed. In my first nap, I did a relaxation technique that relaxed my body, but it was very bright at 11 AM and the light kept me awake for a while. I don’t know if I ever actually fell asleep, but if I didn’t I got close. My second nap was supposed to be taken at 5, but I wasn’t tired enough and didn’t settle until 6. That nap was probably only a little over 10 minutes, but I definitely fell asleep. I do begin to feel sleepy right before it is time for one of my naps, but besides that I have truly been feeling great. It will be tough making it to 3 AM tonight, so we will see.
