Well, I screwed up last night. I skipped my nap at 10 because I was with people. I was feeling so tired I decided to sleep from 2-6 AM so I could go to sleep an hour earlier. Unfortunately, I extended my sleep until 9. Worst of all, waking up after getting 7 hours of sleep left me feeling even worse than when I got 4 hours the night before. This whole situation is just teaching me that this sleep cycle is a bigger adjustment than it seemed. It was going so well yesterday, I assumed I would be fine to skip my late night nap. I was definitely wrong, and I definitely need to start taking all of my naps unless it is absolutely impossible.
